**Return Policy**
At Honeypie Handmade, your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the handmade nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure each situation is treated with care and attention.
**Return Guidelines:**
- **Eligibility for Returns**:
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. However, we understand that special circumstances can arise, and we review returns on a case-by-case basis.
- **Damaged Products**:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at honeypie.selfcare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- **Non-returnable Items**:
We cannot accept returns on used, opened, or custom items, as well as any products that have been tampered with or altered after purchase.
- **Return Process**:
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
**Refunds:**
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**Exchanges:**
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
